LibertyMark Fort Lauderdale Sunrooms was founded in 2023 by a team with deep roots in the South Florida construction industry. Fort Lauderdale is a city like no other - the canals, the salt air, the hurricane season, the HOA communities that cover half the city, and the mix of mid-century concrete block homes alongside newer waterfront properties all create a set of building challenges that contractors from out of state simply are not prepared for.
The business started with a straightforward idea: homeowners in Broward County deserve a sunroom contractor who actually understands the local climate, knows the city permit process, and builds to standards that hold up through storm season. Too many Fort Lauderdale homeowners had been burned by out-of-area companies or unlicensed crews who cut corners on materials or skipped permits entirely.

Every project is handled by a licensed crew, pulled with a proper permit through the City of Fort Lauderdale or the relevant local authority, and built to meet Florida's wind-load requirements. That is not something we advertise as a bonus - it is simply how every job gets done.
We pull permits for every project - no exceptions. When your sunroom is complete, you receive a copy of the final inspection approval. That document protects you when you sell and confirms the work was done correctly.
We use framing, windows, and hardware rated for Florida's wind-load requirements and suited to the salt air environment near the coast. We do not use materials that save money upfront but fail after the first storm season.
